On your guests arrival to your property we welcome them in person to hand over a key and provide them with a guided tour of the accommodation. We will also provide them with any specific resort information that they may require, including location of shops & tourist office, ski hire shops, parking and ski lifts.

We also provide your guests with our phone number to act as first point of contact should they have any questions or problems during their stay. Plus we always complete a quick post-let inspection to ensure that the property is in good order ready for your next clients.
