One of the first things we noticed when investigating property management in France was that it was not only hard to come by, but the fee structure was a very ominous shade of grey, so here is a list of our services and our extremely competitive fees. We can’t foresee every eventuality, neither can you. If you don’t see what you are looking for below, or if something unexpected comes up during the course of our working relationship, whatever the service you require, we will find a solution.

Key Holding = FREE* - To all customers that use our services for more than 4 weeks of the year. (i.e. have more than 4 weeks of holiday bookings which we provide cleaning, meet & greets and laundry services.)

*For customers who are simply looking for a reliable company to act purely as key holders or only have need of our cleaning services for under 4 weeks of the year we charge €65 per year for our key holding services.

Meet & Greet = €30.00 per holiday let + €20 surcharge for out of hours service (between 9.30pm to 8am).

Cleaning = €20.00 per hour

LAUNDRY PRICES:

If you provide your own laundry, we charge €25.00 for collection and return plus whatever the cost of cleaning your laundry comes to. For an estimate of what your costs are likely to come to please contact us.

Laundry To Hire: The list below is cost per item for hiring laundry only. Collection and return charges are included in the hire price.

In summary, assuming that each person requires one pillow case, an under sheet, duvet cover, one hand towel and one bath towel, the total linen hire price per single bed is: €16.75 and the total hire price per double bed is: €24.00

Inventory Services = €20.00 per hour

Our Time = €20.00 per hour

Maintenance Issues = €50.00 for any emergency call out then €20.00 per hour for every hour after that.

General Gardening Services = €20.00 per hour*. This includes lawn-mowing, pruning, weeding, hedge trimming, planting, strimming & garden waste disposal.

Exterior building & maintenance. This includes, decking, varnishing, turf laying, landscaping, tree care, driveways, gravel work, tiling, painting dry walling + any exterior design or building work.
