It is very important that you have a record of the condition of the property and it's contents should any breakages or damage occur. We can create that all important inventory for you so that not only do you have a list of the contents of the property at the beginning of the season, you also have a schedule of condition of each area of you property and its contents. We can even document the condition of your property and it's content photographically which not only helps resolves damage disagreements that may occur with holiday tenants but also provides you with documented proof should you ever need to make an insurance claim for any reason. As every property will differ in terms of size and contents, and the subsequent creation of the documents, to keep it simple our time is billable at our normal hourly rate. When our cleaners visit your property to conduct a change over clean they are instructed to be vigilant and report plus when possible to take a photo of any damage to your property or it's contents should they come across it. We do not normally conduct a full inventery of contents on regular basis unless this is a service that you specifically require and request prior to the start of the season.
