Key Holding

Mountain Property Management act as key holders on your behalf. * FREE PROPERTY KEY HOLDING SERVICE - NO ANNUAL RETAINER FEE FOR CUSTOMERS * We ensure that your key is securely stored in a locked safe in a secure premises when not in use. We ensure that your key is always available to you or your guests on arrival as per prior arranged requests. On your guests arrival to your property we can welcome them in person to hand over a key and provide them with a guided tour of the accommodation and provide them with any extra information about the local area that they may need if this is a service that you require. We will also collect the key from your guests on their departure. If you are renting your property out to guests we normally require at least 3 sets of keys, a master set and two customer sets. We are also available to meet any suppliers or trades people with the key to your property should they need it for any reason. * If you use our services for more than 4 weeks of the year and on a regular basis then there is no key holding fee, it is totally FREE OF CHARGE. * If you which to purely use our company as key holder and do not require other services or use our cleaning services for under 4 weeks of the year in total then our key holding fee is €75 per year. |
