Meet and Greet

Mountain Property Management can provide a guest meet and greet service on your behalf. On your clients arrival to your property we will welcome them in person to hand over a key and provide them with a guided tour of the accommodation. We will also provide them with all the specific resort information that they may require, including location of shops & tourist office, ski hire shops, parking and ski lifts. Plus we remind your guests of our phone number so that we can act as their first point of contact should they have any questions or problems during their stay. Please make sure that you do give our phone number to your guests before the set off on their travels and we also ask that they call or text us when they are about 30 minutes away from arriving in the resort so that we can make sure we are at your property waiting for them when they arrive. We will aslo collect the keys from your guests on their departure. It is your guests responsibility to text us the day before their departure with their departure time so that we can arrange this key collection service. Please note that for out of hours meet & greet's (between 9.30pm and 8am) there is an additional surcharge to our normal meet and greet rate which does apply even when the original booked meet and greet time was within our working hours, i.e. late arrivals due to flight delays and cancelations. |
